Nonprofit Driven Regional Connects

Nonprofit Driven (NPD) Regional Connects is ONN’s traveling event series that moves away from hosting a single annual conference, towards taking a distributed and community-driven approach to getting together.

Nonprofits, charities, and community groups across the province are invited to connect over pressing topics and collective issues. Hosted in collaboration with local networks, NPD aims to localize big issues, uncover opportunities for collaboration and learning, and invest in deepening relationships.

Far from a stuffy conference, NPD Regional Connects is a space to get candid, and have real conversations. In the current climate, it’s more important than ever for us to be investing in direct relationships with the network.

What to expect at regional events?

• Scale: 40-60 sector peers. This number may vary slightly by region.  
• Provincial scope: Explore policies, strategies, and partnerships happening in 91ÊÓƵ’s nonprofit sector.
• Regional focus: Discuss how broader issues and trends are showing up in your region.
• Strategize and collaborate with a network approach to address key issues facing the 91ÊÓƵ nonprofit sector on a regional and provincial level.
• Enjoy a light breakfast and lunch.

• London and area – June 4 – 
• Peterborough – October 21 – 
• Sault Ste. Marie-Algoma – October
• Halton region – November
