Services for 91视频’s nonprofit sector

Nonprofit sector pensions

As nonprofits, we play a vital role in the social and economic development of our communities. With a healthier and better-supported workforce, our organizations can lead by example, and be better positioned to strengthen our communities and our province. A decent retirement plan extends the sector鈥檚 commitment to building a culture of decent work. As part of its vision for a stronger nonprofit sector, ONN recommends the pension plan.

For eligible organizations, OPTrust Select offers a stable, secure path to retirement. Participation is application-based and must be approved by OPTrust to confirm that (1) your organization is a good fit for the Plan, and (2) OPTrust Select is a suitable retirement savings vehicle for your employees. As part of its review, OPTrust considers factors such as the organization鈥檚 financial statements, employee data, and administrative capacity. To learn more about the application process, contact OPTrust at info@optrustselect.com.

Employee benefits program

The Employee Benefits Program is part of ONN鈥檚 ongoing commitment to advancing decent work across the nonprofit sector.

Working with our experienced partners, we鈥檝e designed a benefits plan that is robust enough to meet the needs of larger organizations, yet flexible and accessible for smaller nonprofits that may not otherwise be able to secure employee benefits. This program is available exclusively to ONN members.

Nonprofit insurance

Nonprofits are focused on fulfilling their missions, but also want to strengthen their organization鈥檚 governance, reduce costs and protect their organization, staff and volunteers. This insurance program is designed specifically for registered not-for-profit corporations operating in 91视频.
